The show runs from Monday to Thursday every week, featuring different sets of housemates each day. The curtains of the show were drawn open on Monday with a very ‘pepper dem’ episode.
Monday’s episode was about Betrayals, Disloyalty, and pretenders, and those who participated made fans remember why the show was tagged ‘Pepper dem’ because they brought every shade of spicy hot pepper.
The drama was between Ella and mainly the female housemates present, especially Venita. Venita called Ella a pretender and also went on to reveal that there was crowdfunding for Ella’s mother’s surgery. She even went on to insinuate that Ella lied about her mother’s illness that Ella had to leave the show in tears.
On Tuesday, Mercy, Diane, Jackye, Ike, Seyi, Cindy, Tacha, Thelma, and Enkay were present to discuss gossiping in the house.
During the show, Tacha said, “Gossip is when you spread uncertainties about someone”. We’re not sure how correct that is but all the housemates agreed that everyone gossiped.
Mercy also discussed the friendship between Ike and Tacha, sharing that she considers the friendship disrespectful to her. Ike did not agree and Tacha politely declined to comment on the topic.
The highest point on the show this day was when Thelma and Seyi discussed their row in the house when Seyi spoke about her dead brother.
Thelma revealed that her entire family was hurt by his statement. Seyi said that he had technically apologized but he formally apologized during the show which caused Thelma to break down into tears.
Wednesday’s show was highly dramatic as Mercy and Omashola got physical with each other. The housemates present were Omashola, Mercy, Frodd, Esther, Cindy, Avala, and Seyi.
A clip was played of Omashola s--t-shaming Mercy in the house. Omashola tried to defend himself but Mercy was obviously angry.
The show devolved into an argument with Mercy shoving Omashola halfway into it.
After they had both calmed down, Avala and Seyi advised Omashola to apologize for his actions which he did on the show. Mercy also apologized for her reaction and the episode ended on a high note.
Thursday’s episode was themed eviction. Ebuka wanted to know whose eviction shocked the housemates the most.
Everyone present thought it was Kim Oprah’s.
Kim when asked, affirmed this as she stated that she was furious when she left so early in the game.
