Whoever has heard of the malady malaria asthmatics and p*nis wheezing respiration?
Those are allegedly the conditions afflicting one corp member seeking redeployment. These were detailed in a letter the Hospitals Management Board of Delta State to the NYSC on behalf of a corp member, Kosin Gift, to support his application for redeployment.
