Everton won the match, which took place on 28th August at Lincoln 2-4.
The Premier League team conceded a goal inside the first 20 seconds, recovered to lead 2-1, but were pegged back again by Lincoln before two goals in the last 10 minutes saw them through.
Alex Iwobi joined Everton on transfer deadline at a reported fee of £34 million, with a potential to reach £40m. He also scored his debut Everton Premier League goal during Sunday’s clash at Goodison Park against Wolverhampton Wanderers. The Toffees won that game 3-2.
