As the date for One Africa Music Fest holding in Dubai, The United Arab Emirates draws near, organisers have released the names of artists expected to entertain festival-goers at the event.
The One Africa Music Fest comes on the 15th of November 2019 at the Festival Arena, Dubai Festival City. It will be hosted by Nigeria’s superstar turned actor, Banky W.
Among artists expected to perform at the festival are Nigerians Wizkid, Tuface Idibism Tiwa Savage, Tekno, Burna Boy, Zlatan, Kcee and Teni, who recently released her first body of work, an EP she calls Billionaire.
They would be joined by their African counterparts including the likes Tanzanians, Vanessa Mdee and Diamond Platinum. Others are Lachhab (Algeria), Eddy Kenz (Uganda) as well as Ethiopia’s Nhatty Man and LiJ Michael, Jah Prayzah from Zimbabwe and Rwandan singer /songwriter Benjamin ‘The Ben’ Mugisha.
The event is sponsored by Interswitch and the public can register with Interswitch for a chance to win a ticket to the event.
Organisers say the festival is geared towards the promotion of African music and providing opportunities for connecting artists, businesses and communities.
The One African Music Fest is in its second edition.
