The reality TV star, Kim Kardashian is being sued over a cute, lovey-dovey picture of herself and husband, Kanye West that she shared on Instagram.
The person who is suing her is paparazzi photographer, Saeed Bolden is suing Kim Kardashian after claiming that she posted the picture he took to Instagram without his authorization.
In the picture, Kim Kardashian is smiling up at Kanye West who is also smiling.

Although Bolden does not state the amounts, he is suing for the profits Kim made from that post as well as punitive damages.
The photo is believed to have been taken during the couple’s trip to Africa in October 2018.
Kim is not the only victim of this sort of lawsuit. Her sister, Khloe Kardashian was also the subject of a similar lawsuit in 2017.
That lawsuit was filed by a different photographer who took a picture of Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian leaving David Grutman’s Komodo restaurant in Miami.
He also claimed that Khloe used his picture of her and Kourtney without permission.
