According to the Henley Passport index 2018, the Japanese passport has overthrown Singapore as the most powerful passport in the world with her citizens having visa-free access and visa on arrival benefits to a total of 190 destinations.
Nigeria ranks 97th in the world with her citizens entitled to visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to 47 jurisdictions only.
Iraq and Afghanistan remain at the bottom of the Index, with the citizens of those countries entitled to visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to 30 jurisdictions only.
The US and UK both rank 5th with of their citizens entitled to visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to 186 jurisdictions.
