Twitter has finally released Fleets, its story-like feature after months of testing it. And it is now available for users everywhere.
Earlier in 2020, Twitter had mentioned that it will roll out a feature for those tweets you don’t want to stay around for long. This Twitter Fleets feature will work like the popular stories feature on Instagram and Facebook.
Aptly describing the feature, Twitter wrote: “That thing you didn’t tweet but wanted to but didn’t but got so close but then were like nah. We have a place for that now—Fleets! Rolling out to everyone starting today.”

The Fleets feature is now available to all users and you can use it to share text, photos, videos, and Tweets, and they disappear within 24 hours.
“Once you see your profile image in the new bar across the top of your app’s Home timeline, tap it to get started,” the company says.
If Fleets is not yet available to you, you can update your app to get it as you may be using an outdated Twitter app.
Well done
