Nigerian actress Rahama Sadau, who formerly featured only in Kannywood roles, saw a reversal of fortune in 2016 and started featuring in Nollywood movies.
This transition happened after she was expelled from Kannywood for having hugged Jos-based pop star Classiq in an on-screen music video.
Folks at Kannywood thought that was a violation of the code of conduct for the industry, and kicked her out without pausing to reflect.
