The CEO of Banks Music, Reekado Banks, has released his EP titled “Off the Record”, and fans are talking about a Wizkid snub.
Before making the “Off the Record” EP available to music fans, Reekado Banks had released the artwork and tracklist via his Instagram page.

The EP contains seven songs featuring Kida Kudz EO, Tiwa Savage, Attifaya, Mr Eazi and Harmonize. Surprisingly, his single with Wizkid titled “Omo Olomo” isn’t included.
This big snub is likely the outcome of a Twitter tongue-lashing that Reekado Banks received from Wizkid. This happened at the height of the EndSARS protests in October 2020.

Banks had tweeted about “Omo Olomo” and after tagging Wizkid, he used the hashtags relating to the protests such as; #EndSWAT, #EndSARS and #EndPoliceBrutality.
This stunt angered a lot of people alleging that the singer was detracting from the issue at hand. Wizkid himself also didn’t spare him in the lashing. In a now-deleted post, the StarBoy CEO said:
“Delete this dude! Can’t believe you’re even doing this at a time like this. Old song! #endsars fool!”
He also added, “clout animal”.
At the time, Reekado Banks had only unfollowed Wizkid, but now, it seems the bile is much deeper.
