Universal Music Nigeria artiste Alpha P is out with a brand new song he calls “Quarantine”, released on the 16th of September 2020.
He also announced that he has a project in the works scheduled to be released sometime soon.
His new song, which barely lasted 2 minutes, was an Instagram verse initially but after fans warmed up to it, he decided to make it a thing.
“Quarantine” is a love story about a girl who had a deadly virus. But P doesn’t care as long as he got to share moments with her, despite the risks associated.
He says: “It’s a very special song to me and I hope it connects with everyone who has experienced this kind of love, a love where you can’t be with your partner because of the lockdown, or the coronavirus.
“This is a song you can send to them to let them know how you feel about them and despite the restrictions, you still wanna see them, and you still love them.”
