K-Pop superstars BTS surprise fans with teasers for upcoming single ‘BUTTER’

The Bangtan Boys aka BTS have officially dropped a teaser photo for their upcoming single which is also their second English-language single, Butter.

The K-Pop supergroup revealed a new photo on their social media platform on Sunday, 9 May 2021 signalling the song would drop on 21 May.

The septet captioned the snapshot, “Group Teaser Photo 1,” as they all looked colorful and sharp in multicolored suits.

A week ago, the group’s label, Big Hit Music, released two audio teasers for the upcoming single “Butter” and Jungkook was seen in the first clip spreading a pat of butter onto a piece of toast, while the second video features a blond RM looking rather cool as he drifts into the frame.

The K-pop stars in a recent news release described their forthcoming single, “Butter”, as “a dance pop track brimming with the smooth yet charismatic charm of BTS.” It would be a follow-up to the 2020 Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 cracker, “Dynamite”.

BTS have covered lots of ground this year which includes a brand ambassadorial role for Louis Vuitton, as well as emerging in a Samsung Mother’s Day commercial. They also launched a promotional meal deal with McDonald’s.
