Dubbed one of the most underrated rappers in the Nigerian hip hop scene, A-Q, finally shows why he needs to be respected now more than ever with the release of his new album, which he called “God’s Engineering”.
The 11-track masterpiece dropped on the 20th of March 2020 and it features hip hop heavyweight M.I Abaga, and singers such as Oxlade and Tomi Thomas.
A-Q’s journey into music started far back as in the early 2000s when he released his debut project “Listen and Overstand”. And it was no fluke; the rapper is still standing tall to date.
God’s Engineering signals everything A-Q would have wanted and more importantly, to be respected as a top MC in the industry. The album showcases a top-notch hip-hop production masked in between a heated contemporary introspect and adult contemporary hip-hop. Its borderline is love and pain.
