African Giant Burna Boy aids Jon Bellion return with “I Feel It” single

Jon Bellion has been more focused on production and writing work since he shelved his projects in May 2019. Since then, he has produced and written singles like “Stacy” and “Life Must Go On” for Quinn XCII, “Liar” and “Shameless” for Camila Cabello, “Graveyard” for Halsey, “Memories” for Maroon 5, and “Holy” for Justin Bieber featuring Chance the Rapper.

In addition, he co-wrote about five songs on Justin Bieber’s Justice Album. So, the singer has not been sitting idle all this time. He is credited as writer and producer on Selena Gomez’s “Vulnerable” as well.

“I Feel It” is not really brand new as Genius mentioned that Jon Bellion had previewed it back in December 2020. He describes the song as ‘heavy’ and concurs with a fan that tagged it ‘anxiety funk’.

“There is a heaviness all around that I can’t describe. All I know is that I feel it and I think Burna can, too,” Bellion said about his latest single.

Meanwhile, the “Killin Dem” crooner hyped the song as legendary in his announcement. Burna Boy tweeted:

The song debuted with a visualizer that contains several colourful elements of pop and futuristic funk. Already, fans are praising the song for both its message and masterful sound mix.
