Wizkid and Tems ‘Essence’ makes it to Barack Obama’s favourite music of 2020

Former US President Barack Obama has shared his favourite songs of 2020 with Wizkid and Tems “Essence” making the cut.

Barack Obama is popular on social media for something other than his political achievements and insightful ideas. His voracious taste in books, movies and music is one popular side of him.

In a recent tweet, he shared a list of 30 songs that he claims are his favourites for 2020. Obama mentions that his daughter Sasha, the family music guru, helped him make the selections.

Wizkid’s “Essence” featuring Tems, off the “Made In Lagos” album, made this Obama-curated list. “Savage Remix” by Megan Thee Stallion featuring Beyoncé and “Damage” by H.E.R were also part of this strong list.
