The Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry, has taken up a new job as the chief impact Officer at a coaching and mental health business in California – and says he is “really excited” to start.
Prince Harry got appointed as chief impact officer at BetterUp, where he will have input into things such as product strategy decisions and charitable contributions, as well as speaking publicly about topics related to mental health.
BetterUp was founded in 2013 and provides mobile-based professional coaching, counselling, and mentorship.

Prince Harry, in a recently released statement revealed that he was really excited to take up the role and that his goal as its first chief impact officer was to “lift up critical dialogues around mental health, build supportive and compassionate communities and foster an environment for honest and vulnerable conversations”.
He said: “I intend to help create impact in people’s lives. Proactive coaching provides endless possibilities for personal development, increased awareness, and an all-around better life. I was matched with my coach who, quite frankly, is truly awesome and has always given me sound advice and a fresh perspective, which is so valuable.”

Meanwhile, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle had an interview with Oprah Winfrey which ran for two hours on Sunday, 7 March on CBS, where they bared it all. During the interview, the couple talked about a number of things, ranging from their lives in the palace and what it cost them, to the alleged racism on their son.
Prince Harry revealed that his wife, Meghan, saved him and shouldn’t be regarded as the villain that made him step back from official royal duties.
