Dele Momodu has stated categorically that Erica has united Africa more than the African Union.
According to the Ovation magazine boss, her participation in the Reality TV show as a housemate has led to a better connection between and among Africans than ever before.
It is no secret that Nigerian media mogul, Dele Momodu, has a great love for BBNaija’s Erica.
He has been a staunch supporter of the 26-year-old, who was disqualified a few weeks ago.
The veteran journalist recently tweets: “A toast to AFRICAN UNITY… @ericanlewedim has reunited AFRICA in a few weeks more than the AFRICAN UNION in many years.”

Some did not find the tweet appropriate. One Twitter user asked why the journalist seemed to demean the efforts of the AU with such statement.

I hope this is not an attempt to undermine the purpose, objectives, programmes and policies of the African Union? Just wondering why you have to demean the AU in this manner. Just wondering!

However, the veteran affirmed his stance by stating that there are several people who have united more nations than presidents and that Erica is one whose impact in this regard cannot be underrated.
There are individuals who have united nations more than Presidents. In case you're unaware of recent skirmishes between Ghana/Nigeria and South Africa/Nigeria, @EricaNlewedim has reignited some love between our citizens but you're free to underrate her IMPACT… https://t.co/y7AQy1OfYa
