Reality stars Lucy and Kaisha of the BBNaija Lockdown show were both reportedly assaulted by men of the Nigeria Police Force.
A viral video recorded from Kaisha’s Instagram live feed shows the alleged assault as well as one of the policemen involved.
The duo have recounted their experience in a series of videos that went viral online. The reality TV stars went on Instagram Live as they recorded their encounter with the overzealous police officers.
According to Kaisha, one of the police officers asked to search her handbag, which she refused. This did not go down well as one of the officers prevented the ladies from entering their car.
However, it is not clear how the assault ended and if the ladies were freed because the live session was cut midway when the police officer appeared to have hit Kaisha’s phone.
