If you check your time right about now, you would discover it’s Burna O’Clock as the Odogwu himself clinched yet another massive award at the BET event in Los Angeles on Sunday.
This would be the third year running Burna Boy would be winning the award and this time he graced the stage in Los Angeles himself to collect his award.

It has been total dominance from Burna Boy in the Best International Act category at the BET Awards, and it would be fun to see who would try to upstage him in next year’s event.
Burna Boy also won a Grammy award recently for his effort with his latest project, “Twice As Tall“, which was released in 2020.
Well, it would seem the awards would keep piling up in his cabinet for now as he nicks yet another one at this year’s BET award ceremony.

Burna Boy wasn’t the only trendsetter at the Los Angeles awards. Megan Thee Stallion also dominated as she took home four awards — best female hip hop artist; video of the year and best collaboration, both for “WAP,” featuring Cardi B; and the viewer’s choice award for “Savage,” featuring Beyoncé.
