Three policemen killed at duty post in Edo State

The policemen were killed by suspected kidnappers while at duty police according to the Nation newspaper. Their arms and ammunition were collected by the attackers. The killers also abducted the director and chief executive of the establishment, Dr. Andy Ehanire. The events, understandably was reported to have caused a caused a pandemonium at the leisure park as people using the scarpered for safety.

Police have also confirmed the incidence according to the Nation, who it is reported said that the attackers would soon be apprehended as security has been beefed up in the area. Police have also assured the public that the zoo is safe for users.
