The organization was created by Juan Mata who plays for Spain and English Club Manchester United and it is a charity organization.
Shinji Kagawa today became the first Asian player to join the organization that his aimed at giving something back to the society and Kagawa joined by signing up 1% of his salary to the organization.
Kagawa once played with Mata at Manchester United before he returned to Borussia Dortmund.
Also among members welcoming the Japanese is Italian defender Chielini and female footballer Alex Morgan.
