Multiple news outlets have reported that a motorbike blew up in front of Jordan’s military mission in Paris earlier today. Jordan’s foreign ministry spokesman was quoted by state-run news agency Petra as saying that no staff at the mission had been injured in the blast. Abdallah Alolaimat, a consular official at the Jordanian Embassy in Paris, told The Associated Press that the explosion hit Wednesday morning in front of the Jordanian military attache’s office on the chic Avenue Foch in western Paris.

He said it is unclear whether anyone was injured or whether the explosion was accidental. Police and ambulance crews rushed to the scene along with firefighters. The French interior ministry confirmed the explosion but do not yet know the cause of the blast. However they added that they do not believe it was intentional.
