These reports are shared daily on NCDC’s official Twitter account and help Nigerians to accurately monitor the state of Coronavirus in the country.
According to the latest updates, 212 new cases of Coronavirus have been confirmed in Nigeria.
Of those numbers, 85 new cases were confirmed in Lagos State. Oyo State comes after Lagos State with 72 new cases confirmed in the state.
FCT comes in third place with 21 new confirmed cases.
These new numbers bring the total number of Coronavirus cases recorded in the country to 61,194.
52,304 people have been successfully treated and discharged from isolation centres. Tragically, 1,119 deaths have also been recorded since the start of the Coronavirus.
