These updates are shared on NCDC’s official Twitter account and help Nigerians to monitor the state of the virus in the country.
According to the latest updates, 164 new cases of Coronavirus have been recorded in Nigeria.
Among these numbers, 64 new cases were recorded in Lagos State, while 26 new cases were recorded in FCT.
This means that a total of 60,430 cases have been confirmed across the country since the pandemic started.
Additionally, 51,943 people have been successfully treated and discharged from isolation centres.
Tragically, 1,115 deaths have been recorded since the beginning of the pandemic as well.
