Nigerian youth representative and actor, Williams Uchemba has taken to his Instagram page to explain a little about his role in a new movie and state why he had to shave off his beards.
Well, our popular comic act is no longer a member of the beard gang association, at least, not for the now.
Williams Uchemba explained in a recent post that he is to feature in an upcoming movie as an 18-years old “who went through hell and back“.
The star took to his Instagram page to post a picture of himself holding a gun and posing in a way that hinted that the movie might be an action movie or at least one that involves violent acts.
Here is his caption of the photo:
“This is the most challenging role I’ve ever played ( in my adult life as an actor). Now if you’ve been around me you will know that I don’t accept any script that comes my way but I couldn’t decline this one because it’s not only based on a true-life story but it’s an amazing story.
“As an actor, it’s always intriguing to play a role that challenges who we truly are and what we are usually known for .. And yes It is because of this movie I had to shave my beards ( as I’m supposed to be an 18-year-old boy) who went through hell and back, from Emotional to Physical and mental abuse but against all odds pulled through. #infantatheart #basedonatruestory #Newmovieproject”
