Word’s out that Sesame Street is looking to cast Nigerian-American kids age 9-14 years in a new edition of the television show to be filmed in May 2017. Interested kids should be able to act and sing. Parental consent is required.
Running since 1969, Sesame Street is an America’s children television series produced by Sesame Workshop. The programme’s contents are hugely influenced by educational goals and schools’ curriculum and target pre-school kids according to a Wikipedia entry. The show uses a mix of characters that include mostly muppets such as Big Ben, humans and a few animated characters.
