The actor died on May 14 this year and he had a long acting career after making his debut in 1974 and was 68 with only less than a month to 69.
He played the villian in the movie Sin City, Sudden Death, Deadwood, Avengers and Agents of S.H.E.I.L.D.
He was married since 1969 to Pam Cole and they had two children.
