Meadow Walker reached a private agreement with the German company away from the media on October 16 according to Fox News.
Both parties agreed that the case should be dismissed.
Paul Walker and Roger Rodas died in the accident on November 2013.
The suit that was filed against the company was that the car did not have necessary safety mechanisms in place and also that the seatbelt prevented him from getting out of the burning car.
