They say there is no smoke without fire, and once again, the age-long saying proves to be accurate as Mariah Carey is said to have jumped ship to Range Media.
A few days ago, a British bulletin reported a split between Mariah Carey and Roc Nation, in what it called an “explosive situation” between her and Jay-Z.
However, Mariah herself took to her Instagram page on Tuesday to douse the rumours claiming if there ever be such a situation between her and Jay, it would be creatively inclined.
It appears it was a smokescreen.
Mariah Carey has allegedly since moved management to Range Media after splitting with Roc Nation, which she joined in 2017. She also dropped her former manager Stella Bulochnikov.
Carey will now work with her former rep at Roc Nation, Melissa Ruderman, who also joined Range Media in January.

Melisssa and Carey have a working relationship that goes back over 15 years when Ruderman, while working for Benny Medina, handled Mariah Carey’s day-to-day management during the release cycle for her 2005 album “The Emancipation of Mimi”.
Ruderman also helped execute many significant deals for Carey, during her five-year stint at Roc Nation. These include, the publishing contract that led to the publication of the New York Times-bestselling memoir, “The Meaning of Mariah Carey,” and two consecutive residencies at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace, and a TV deal with Apple.
Melissa Ruderman won’t be the only change in management Carey has had over the years. She’s had a handful of them; Stella Bulochnikov and, before that, Kevin Liles, as well as being managed at various points earlier in her career by her ex-husband Tommy Mottola, Randy Jackson, and Red Light Management.

Better if she stay with ROC. Anyway she knows better.
