Superboy Cheque currently signed to Phyno’s Penthauze and Fireboy DML of YBNL were once both students of the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and the duo, since their landmarks in the Nigerian music scene, are only just releasing a joint together.
The new release is a record titled “History” and it’s perfect considering the history between the pair which we don’t have the full story of yet.
“History” was released on 8 April 2021 under Cheque’s management, Penthauze, and the song serves as the artist’s debut single for the year, produced by Andyr.
Another thing to note from the collaboration is the chemistry of friendship and business between both artist’s bosses, Phyno and Olamide.
