Espanyol 4-1 Deportivo La Coruna: right from the onset, Deportivo looked on the back foot and two goals down in the opening 30 minutes butr managed to claw one back with 53 minutes on the clock, but Moreno showed class with a second half brace that moved them to 12th.

Las Palmas 0-2 Leganes: Las Palmas have still not found their rhythm like they did last season as they again lose to Leganes who are on a fantastic run and have now moved to 6th on the table and are 1 point below Madrid.
Real Sociedad 2-3 Valencia: Valencia captilized on a destabilized Sociedad team who look to have not shaken off the defeat they faced at the hands of Los Blancos and they left them chasing the game and though they came back twice into the game, Valencia were a third time lucky as the referee gave one player on both team their marching orders after two bookable infringements.
Real Betis – Levante: Betis host Levante who will be looking to go level with Valencia on equal points with an away win while the home team will be looking forward to the same result in their favor.
