Kizz Daniel spends N31m in the making ‘Buga’ video
Famous Nigerian singer, Oluwatobiloba Daniel, better known as Kizz Daniel, spent N31 million to produce the video of his 2022 hit song ‘Buga’. T.G Omori, who directed the music video for Tobi Bakare’s “Heartbreaker,” confirmed the amount on Thursday. He said, “Something around N31m.” Omori also confirmed that it took him and his crew two days to shoot the video.

In an interview, he said: “My biggest miracle this year was God answering my prayers and holding the rain for the two days we shot BUGA, if it rained that day, I would have cried real tears.” With music lovers hailing the quality of the video, it has now gathered 1,445,931 views on YouTube as of the time of filing this report. Since its release, ‘Buga’ has broken several records across the world.

Several dance challenges have taken place on Tiktok in order to promote the less-than-four-minute song, which has increased its popularity. However, Kizz Daniel shows his true understanding of the music business by shooting a colorful video of himself at a carnival-like setting and displaying various countries’ flags.
Tekno, who sang a verse on the song also features in the video. The music video also features famous skit maker, Chukwuemeka Ejekwu, better known as Oga Sabinus.
