In Apple TV+’s new drama series titled, SEE, Jason Momoa leads a blind dystopia.
The drama is set hundreds of years the future after mankind was more or less wiped out following a virus outbreak, which left all the survivors blind.
Apple released the trailer on Tuesday after announcing the start date – 1st November 2019- of its streaming services.
In SEE, Momoa stars as Baba Voss, the father of twins born centuries later with the ability to see. With the help of spiritual leader Paris (Alfre Woodard), Baba Voss must protect his tribe against a powerful yet desperate queen who wants the twins destroyed.
The trailer gives us a sneak peek at the chaotic fight that ensues between Baba Voss and his adversary. And we don’t think he looks happy to be waging war on his own turf.

Meanwhile, Jason Mamoa thinks the series is better than Game of Thrones, HBO’s hit series also starring Mamoa.
In two separate Instagram posts, he calls SEE both his “favourite role to date” and “the greatest thing I’ve ever worked on.” That would suggest that Mamoa thinks SEE is above Game of Thrones, in which he portrayed Khal Drogo.
But is it?
That’s really difficult to judge at the moment since we can’t see into the future. But we guess viewers will be able to come to their own conclusion after seeing the SEE series. Meanwhile, we’ll keep Mamoa’s words in mind. Hopefully, SEE will live up to the hype.
