‘I kept waiting for the right time to say something’ – Rapper, Iggy Azalea has a son

The baby is her first child. She shared the announcement on her Instagram Stories but failed to reveal who the father of her child is. 

Rumours first started going around in December that Iggy Azalea was pregnant, although she did not deny or confirm them. In April, it was claimed that she had welcomed a son with her fiance, Playboi carti.

The two reportedly first started dating in 2018, and moved in together last year but it is unknown if he is the father of her son.

Now, Iggy has confirmed that she welcomed a child via her Instagram Stories. She shared that she didn’t want to keep him a secret, but wanted him to have a private life. 

She wrote: “I have a son. I kept waiting for the right time to say something but it feels like the more time passes the more I realize I’m always going to feel anxious to share news that giant with the world.

“I want to keep his life private but wanted to make it clear he is not a secret and I love him beyond words.”
