The app is a brainchild of a collaboration between The Corporate Affairs Commission and several federal business bodies designed to boost customer satisfaction from governmental establishments. The reports are immediately directed to the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC) and unlike other complaints privileges, the PEBEC checks on the MDA if a complaint is unresolved and if the complaints have been resolved, you get a feedback message informing you.
