According to the singer’s social media post, the managers of the Eko Atlantic City have barred the DMW boss from using its venue.
This news was shared by Davido on its social media page, informing his fans that the Eko Atlantic is no longer available for his use.
He wrote: “So my show this December at Eko Atlantic Was not approved … I wonder why ?”

Davido then followed it up with another tweet which hinted that the reason behind the denial was political. ”Nah the highest dem fit do be that! I will support who I want to support and will not switch sides over a f***ing Venue,” he wrote.

Recall that during the Osun State recent election, Davido threw his weight behind his uncle, Senator Ademola Adeleke, who is the gubernatorial candidate for the People Democratic Party (PDP).
Davido also revealed that this years edition tagged City of David concert will go ahead on December 27, 2018.
Last year, the concert was held at the Eko Hotel, but the singer decided to move it to the Eko Atlantic this year for a larger venue.
