Some sick people think it’s acceptable to photoshop Rihanna and other black celebrities to see what they would like as white.
Not, only is the trend unacceptable and to bad taste, the perpetrators often caption the photoshopped image with racist messages: think the photoshopped celebrity would have been prettier or more beautiful if they were white. Huh? It sounds unbelievable, but it’s true.

Other black celebrities including Beyonce also falling victim to the racist tweets.
The first tweet of this kind can be traced back to 2015, with Twitter user @alexgracious posting a picture of a “white” Rihanna on her Twitter account. Rihanna got to know about it and immediately blocked the offender. Right now, however, it’s Team Rihanna that has taken up the fight for their queen, posting memes of white celebs like Jennifer Lawrence and Britney Spears, declaring they too would look prettier “if they were white.”, Hopefully, those engaged in the racist act will get the message and get to understand how ridiculous and offensive the trend is.
