Last month, Tiwa Savage released her tour merchandise at a pop-up in London, and now the items from her capsule collection will be made available for purchase at XII Glover this Friday.
Tiwa Savage is arguably the biggest female artist out of Africa, and she’s also a massive cultural influencer. The cultural significance of having indigenous tour merchandise is that helps us rely less on outsiders to create our own fashion culture.
Tiwa’s capsule collection which was curated by Irene Agbontaen of TTYA features inscribed t-shirts, jumpers, bandanas, hoodies and phone accessories.
