Nigerian music crooner, Timi Dakolo was spotted with the former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan and the Executive Governor of Bayelsa state, Gov Seriake Dickson
The occasion was the celebration of the birthday of the former President at his hometown Otueke in Bayelsa State Bayelsa state. Dr Jonathan turned 60 on Sunday, the 19th November.
