Omo N’Oba Ewuare II of Benin has reportedly welcomed a newborn son with second wife, Queen Iyayota.
The Oba of Benin welcomed the baby boy, three years after his installation as king in 2016.
The king, who announced this at a press briefing at his palace through the Iyase of Benin on 18 May 2020, stated that both mother and child are alive and doing well.
The Oba also thanked God and the ancestors for the baby.
