Melania Trump finally breaks silence, finds way forward from Capitol attack

The First Lady of America, Melania Trump has finally broken her silence on the riots that rocked the US Capitol building last week with Trump supporters forcing their way into the government building.

The First Lady released a statement titled “our path forward“, condemning the riot attack while imploring citizens to stop the violence.

“I am disappointed and disheartened with what happened last week. I find it shameful that surrounding these tragic events there has been salacious gossip, unwarranted personal attacks, and false misleading accusations on me – from people who are looking to be relevant and have an agenda. This time is solely about healing our country and its citizens. It should not be used for personal gain.

“Our Nation must heal in a civil manner. Make no mistake about it, I absolutely condemn the violence that has occurred on our Nation’s Capitol. Violence is never acceptable,” the statement read in part.

In the aftermath of the riots, Twitter had suspended President Trump permanently from its platform according to a statement from the social media company.

Additionally, Facebook, Instagram and Spotify as well as a long list of other social media giants also suspended the US President Donald Trump from their platforms.

  8. This woman is obnoxious. It’s not about her. 5 days after and she makes herself a victim. She’s just as narcissist as her husband. Jeez.
