Makeup tycoon Kylie Jenner has revealed that the employees in her company – Kylie Cosmetics – are 47% people of colour and 100% women.
The young business tycoon voiced her disgust against discrimination in the workforce and has pledged to promote diversity in her company.
The mother of one said in a released statement that her organisation only employs women and is made up of 47% people of colour out of which 13% of are black women.
Kylie Jenner has joined the movement fostering for equal opportunities for black women and other females of colour.
