Ex-Big Brother Naija reality TV star Abike Khloe Abiri, popularly known as Koko by Khloe, took to her Instagram page to share a post that seems to confirm she had butt enhancement surgery or maybe not really as the post might look at first sight.

However, in a new post on her Instagram page, Khloe shares a sexy photo of herself with her massive backside on display.
To some followers, the post looks like what might be a confirmation that she underwent cosmetic surgery to enhance her butt.
She captions the photo: “Straight outta Boya ke ni nice night. Kid bro with the lens (sorry I posted the unedited one, since I’m plastic, my pics should be straight out of cam roll)”
Well, either she was subtly admitting to having had butt enhancement or Khloe was simply trolling her trolls, which frankly, sounds delicious.
