Pep Guardiola has said that Argentinian striker, Sergio Aguero is okay and there should be no fears surrounding the striker’s health.
Aguero had reportedly fainted during the first half break in Russia against Nigeria in the international friendly that saw Nigeria come from behind to beat them 4-2.
The Argentine coach had announced that the player was well and his club manager, Guardiola has added voice to the strength of his words.
“He was conscious all the time with his country” Guardiola said in a press conference and said he will feature in the weekend fixture against Leicester City.
Aguero had just become the highest goal scorer in the club’s history in their las Champions League outing against Napoli.
