The former WWE champion turned actor uploaded a video to his Instagram account where he explained Jasmine had a medical emergency last Saturday. He didn’t elaborate on what the condition but the good news is that the daughter is doing well.
Johnson expressed his gratitude to all the emergency services and medical professionals involved, praising them for being “so caring and compassionate and responsive.”
He also offered a recommendation to all parents who may experience an emergency with their own child. “Stay as calm and as focussed as possible,” he says arguing that children pick up on their parents’ anxiety during times of stress.
Johnson has a long-term partner, Lauren Hashian. The two have a daughter Jasmine born on December 16, 2015. They are expecting their second child. Johnson also has a child from a previous marriage, a daughter named Simone, born 14 August 2001.
