Chris Brown announces a new single for 2022 titled “Iffy”, off his coming Breezy album, and he also mentioned NFT and more, see details.
Before we go into some of his announcements (and teasers), let’s answer one pending question:
Where has Chris Brown been?
In this age of social media boom, it is possible to keep tabs on your faves every minute of the day via stories, likes, retweets, and so on. Christopher Maurice Brown, aka Chris Brown, is not one of those that share his every move online. Thus, it is likely why you may have wondered where he is.
Also, another explanation is that he has likely been very busy. Since confirming that his tenth studio album was in the works, back in December 2019, the multi-talented singer has rarely shown his face. However, he has made headlines a couple of times within that period.

In May 2020, he released a collaborative mixtape with American rapper Young Thug that packed 13 tracks. Out of the project, they released the “Go Crazy” track as a single a couple of weeks later, and it became Chris Brown’s first song to spend a full year on the Billboard Hot 100 after peaking at number 3.
Dark Lane Demo Tapes
In the same month, Brown was featured on Drake’s Dark Lane Demo Tapes mixtape on the “Not You Too,” which became his 100th entry on the Billboard Hot 100. It peaked at number 25 and was far from the most successful track on the project.
Chris Brown latest song – “Iffy” from Breezy album
After teasing fans for over six months, Chris Brown’s latest song, “Iffy,” was announced on 1 January 2022. He’d mentioned in July 2021 that the upcoming project would feature endearing music targeting women’s souls.
Accompanying the announcement is the song’s release date of 14 January 2022 and a teaser video:

In addition, Rap-Up also quoted the singer as saying:
“THIS GONNA BE MY 10th album. The amount of songs on this one will be the same amount of songs as my first album. KEEP IT CLASSIC… Chris Brown to BREEZY!”
This means that the Breezy album is going to have 16 songs like his debut self-titled 2005 album. Chris Brown also mentioned that he will be dropping NFT, art and more visuals in 2022. The excited artist had tweeted on 30 December 2021:
“CANT WAIT TO SHOW YOU GUYS ALL THE STUFF IVE BEEN WORKING ON .

Before, he used the pseudonym ‘Konfused’ to produce works in Miami Basel and he was the one that painted Hot 97’s radio station building.
