At the end of last year, 2019, Naira Marley, alongside his brothers, Idris and Babatunde Fashola; and cousin, Kunle Obere, were charged with four counts of conspiracy, stealing, assault and obstructing the police.
The judge threatened to issue a warrant for the singer when he refused to show up in court, and Naira Marley reacted to the case.
Now, however, the case has been resolved, with the complainant, Mr Adenekan Ademola agreeing to resolve the matter out of court.
The judge was reportedly presented with the terms of settlement, which was endorsed by both parties, and the case was struck out.
Naira Marley’s troubles with the law are not over yet though, as he still has his pending case with the EFCC to settle.
