The reality star made the announcement through her lawyer Walter Mosley on Instagram. Posting a picture of himself and Chyna on Instagram, Walter wrote: “February 3, 2020 … We’re going to court … White v. Kardashian et al. #staytuned #blacchyna.”
Chyna filed the lawsuit against the Keeping Up With The Kardashian stars in October 2017, claiming that they damaged her career by cancelling her hit TV series, Rob & Chyna, with her then-fiance, Rob Kardashian.
Chyna’s other lawyer, Lisa Bloom, also claimed that the model has been fighting for over a year to get her day in court against Robert Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian West, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner.
