Ex-Big Brother Naija housemates Khafi Kareem and Gedoni Ekpata announced the welcome of their first child following their marriage in 2020.
The couple fell in love during the Big Brother Naija Season 4 “Pepper Dem” edition in 2019, and the love birds got engaged in December 2019.
A couple of weeks back, the couple announced to the public that they were expecting. Before revealing her pregnancy, the former London police officer, Khafi, had been away from social media for a while.
For her pregnancy announcement, she wrote, “According to some of you here, I5 have been pregnant for the past two years. I’m glad to say your predictions have finally come true! I couldn’t be happier.”

Recall that in November 2020, Khafi issued a serious warning to speculators who were questioning if she was pregnant or not.
She had threatened that she would start blocking people who question her stomach in pictures, so it is little wonder that she wrote that people had assumed that she had been pregnant for the past two years.
Announcing the arrival of their bundle of joy, the bubbly couple both took to their Instagram pages to make the announcement, displaying a picture of Khafi and the newborn.
However, before making the Instagram post announcing the birth of their son, the couple organized a gender reveal on Instagram live.
