The competition is open to any poet of African origin or of other origins but living in Africa and each poet is allowed a submission of 1-3 poems to be included in Best ‘New’ African Poets 2017 Anthology.
The poems can be based on any theme and preferably less than 40 lines but not limited to that, the poems must be in any African indigenous language plus French, English and Portuguese. Those in indigenous languages should be submitted along with a translation into French, English or Portuguese.
Deadline: October 15, 2017.
Entries are to be in one document and should include the following: contact information, country of stay or of origin and a bio of 100 words or less.
