Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian agrees on custody arrangement; domestic violence allegations dropped

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna have settled the custody battle over their daughter Dream according to multiple US news outlets.

 

It’s being reported that the settlement came about after Kardashian agreed to pay his former girlfriend $20,000 a month for child support in exchange for Chyna dropping the domestic violence charges she levelled against him. Additionally, Kardashian will get a little more than 50 percent of physical custody of Dream.

 

Recall that the couple’s relationship broke down in July when Kardashian went on rant to accuse Chyna of cheating and subsequently cut off financial support the reality star. He even posted nude photographs of Chyna and claimed and accused her of cheating. Chyna retaliated by filing for a restraining order and she alleged that she was a victim of domestic violence. She first accused her ex of abuse in a now-deleted Snapchat message, in which she said Kardashian “beat me up.” Chyna further alleged that Kardashian hurt her so badly that she was left bruised and had trouble walking afterwards. “Rob has been violent with me in the past and I am afraid to be around him,” she asserted in her filing for a restraining order.”

 

 

Chyna got restraining that required Kardashian to stay 100 yards away from her at all times and to refrain from disseminating information about her. Lawyer to Kardashian said the reality star regretted his actions and was most concerned about the well-being of his and Chyna’s 10-month-old daughter, Dream.

 

TMZ reports that under the new agreement, Kardashian pays $20,000.00 monthly for child custody, although most of that money will go directly to nannies. He would however get a tad more than 50% of physical custody of the child. As for the physical assault allegation, Kardashian gets to pay all Chyna’s legal bill in exchange to having the charges dropped – we guess that will amount to a fair fortune. Lawyers always win.

 

In any case, the good thing is that both parties are able to final come to an amicable arrangement. and it’s really good that the welfare of the child was always paramount.
